ANDREW MACCLAREN (Scottish b.1941) A framed and glazed chalk with highlights - 'Peasants Dance' December 1970, after Watteau, signed lower right with inscription. Image size 30cm x 22.5cm. Studied at Camberwell under Anthony Eyton and Euan Uglow and at the Royal Colleage of Art and the British School in Rome. Was Head of Painting at Newcastle University.
