Eric Gill and others: 'A Typographical Masterpiece. An account by John Dreyfus of Eric Gill’s collaboration with Robert Gibbings in producing the Golden Cockerel Press edition of 'The Four Gospels' in 1931', London, Bain & Williams, 1991, limited edition, this being one of only 40 special copies, bound by Clare Skelton with red leather spine, titling gilt, striking geometric designs in coloured cloth to front and rear boards, slipcase, xii + 105pp, illustrated throughout, large 4to (34.5 x 24.5cm). This special copy comes with a fine Gill engraving printed from the block in a pocket at rear. Fine.
