Scarce; together with 'Tourist's Guide and Interpreter - Being a Comprehensive Guide to all the Interesting Places to Visit...to which is added General Information for Travellers in Japan [1891]', Yokohama, Kelly & Walsh et al, [1891], folding map of Kobe, 29 colour plates being views of Tokyo, Mount Fuki, Nikko, Osaka, Nara, Lake Biwa etc etc, rear pocket at end empty (presumably lacking folding map or plan), numerous period adverts etc, original limp cloth, ownership signature of Henrietta Tayler (1869-1951), scholar and WWI nurse, at head of front cover.
