all their lands and tenements in Flordon, Bracon Ash and Hethel (Hethill) which formerly belonged to Stephen Broun of Flordon, which they lately had by the feoffment of Walter Orlager, citizen of Norwich, and John Hancok, clerk

£10 6s 8d to be paid to Henry atte Moor at Bracon Ash in instalments of £2 on 1 November for four years and £2 6s 8d in the fifth year; power of re-entry on non-payment; warranty by Henry atte Moor only; memorandum that seisin has been delivered on those terms
