A 1½" scale coal-fired single cylinder model of a traction engine with the proportions similar to Allchin design.

Multi tubed boiler with Stevensons motion and two speed road gears selected from the footplate. Cylinder and valve chest is fitted with a displacement lubricator, safety valve and drain cocks. Working hand brake on the rear offside wheel and winch and drum on the nearside. Mechanical pump fitted on offside motion and operated from the footplate and tender. Footplate controls include regulator, water sight glass, reverser lever and chain driven steering handle.
