A late 19th/early 20th Century oil on canvas depicting a work master overseeing a young woman at a spinning wheel. Indistinctly signed lower left, possibly Arthur Bouvier (Belgian 1837-1921). Set in a gilt frame. Image size 43cm x 32cm (Craquelure and some paint loss)
