JANET ALDERSON (Australian b.1934) A framed and glazed pencil drawing of Dame Judi Dench and Michael Williams. Signed and dated '84 bottom right. Image size 55.5cm x 67.5cm. Alderson studied at the National Gallery School in Australia and the University of Melbourne. During the 60's-80's she worked in Europe including the UK. Her works ar ein the National Gallery of New South Wales. Provenance - From the collection of Norma Whittard, costume designer for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
