More Information

Case – overall in good order throughout, other than; slight stressing of the grain at the four spandrel areas of the hood front and a slight rocking on its feet.
There is a vertical scratch at the top right on the door, from top edge and extending parallel to the glazing by about 2.5 inches. The veneer around the key hole is slightly chewed/scuffed. There is chipping to the veneer on right and left edges of the base.
The colour of the mahogany is rich brown and well-grained, consistent all over.
The silvered face has feint brown discolouration, especially top half, centre section.
Face marking and numerals are crisp and clear.
Movement appears clean and sound, but we cannot guarantee its dependency.
There is one weight, a pendulum, a winding key and tow door keys.
The scale plate inside trunk is ivory, but the clock will be sold with an ivory license.
