£200
A Pasquale/Wintle 48 note automatic barrel piano, restored by A. O. Wintle and his East Anglian Automatic Piano Co. In a typical black case with incised gilt decoration, part-glass front panel and shaped pediment, featuring the ornate gold coin slot to the top of the piano.
The clockwork motor drive spring is located inside the barrel with the winding hands protruding from the "toilet shaped" end plate. The motor governor is located at the opposite end of the barrel.
Out of the ten tunes on the barrel only two have been identified by Colin, who wrote the tune sheet inserted to the pediment on the piano.
