PAIROJ KARNDEE Thai Contemporary Artist: Female portrait, titled " Seduction Paris " bust length study of female with bobbed hair, purple lipstick, orange toned skin acrylic on canvas. The artist has been influenced by the mysterious Apsaras - the celestial maidens of ancient Asian culture depicted in the galleries of Cambodia's Angkor Wat. His techniques painstakingly recreate the stone textures of those images with a time-consuming rendering of acrylic on linen canvas. His figures show a notable range of emotions. Signed and dated, 2012, image size 89cm x 109.5cm
