A hanging wall clock by Eugene Farcot, serial number 63530 (circa 1885). Circular cream porcelain case with applied raised coloured thistle decoration. 4.25" dial with Arabic numerals, brass bezel with bevelled glass, visible escapement. Ornamental gilt brass chain affixed on each side to gilt brass dragons. Top gilt ornament depicting bird with nest; lower ornament of gilt brass. 14.5" high, 9.5" wide (not including chain)
