6 acres of land and pasture called Ten Lyncroft in Gissing [in the] fee of Dagworth, held at will by the service of a rent of 1s 0d, suit of court and performing the office of collector in turn, to which (with other land) John and Maud were admitted on the surrender of William Pottere and his wife Katherine on 4 November 1477
