Brian North Lee: 'Bookplates by Richard Shirley Smith', printed and published in 2005 by Simon Lawrence at the Fleece Press. One of a Limited Edition of 275 copies only. Illustrations from the original wood blocks and line blocks and some reproduced by Smith Settle, some tipped-in. Sage green quarter linen, Japanese wood veneer boards, spine with printed label. Set in Van Dijck on T.H. Saunders HP, printed in brown and black. Cloth covered slipcase, slightly rubbed. Printed label to front pastedown stating 'Bookplates by Richard Shirley Smith was begun in 2005 but completed during 2006’.
